Demand Generation Manager (f/m/d)

Munich, Freiburg, Bonn, or Remote

Your Role

As Demand Generation Manager, you will capture the attention of all (potential) users and guide them through their buyer’s journey. In doing so, you will significantly shape the presentation of our technologies and, thus, also of our team.

You will provide content and measures matching the phases of the sales funnel in order to attract and inspire the highest possible number of interested parties. Afterwards, you will also focus on automatically qualifying them and finally help converting them into customers.

Your Mission

You act with your experience in demand generation as a sparring partner for the Cedalo management and the various stakeholders to develop a thorough understanding of 

  • the various buyer personaes
  • their buyer journeys through the sales funnel, and
  • what you need to advance as many as possible of them to the next level.

Your #1 mission is to plan, orchestrate, and deliver impactful awareness measures.

  • You drive traffic to our website using SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, paid ads, email sequencing, website optimizations and everything you come up with! 
  • You utilize the necessary analytics to continuously adapt our measures to identify the best ways for generating more awareness.

Subsequently, you will guide potential users to follow their curiosity, find out how our technologies can help them meet their challenges, and how to turn their interest into enthusiasm and finally tangible value creation for them.

  • You will create landing pages, invite website visitors to use our free options, and show them what additional benefits the premium offerings give them.
  • You will coordinate and leverage internal as well as external resources, such as success stories, template apps, tutorials, videos, and more.

Step by step, you take ownership of the 

  • pipeline creation,
  • the quantitative goals for the funnel levels under your control, and 
  • the cost per lead, the budgets for these measures, and the actual spends


  • have 5+ years of experience in developing and executing impactful demand generation campaigns in a B2B software environment 
  • worked intensively and successfully with SEO/SEM and social media strategies for 5+ years and know how to master a modern Marketing Automation Platforms/CRM (preferred: Hubspot) and mailing tools (such as Mailchimp or sendgrid) 
  • know how to set up, and optimize a web page concerning SEM/SEO. You have already worked with WordPress for several years.
  • have excellent project management skills orchestrating multiple channels and targeting different audiences simultaneously.
  • are data-driven and creative, always figuring out what leads to the greatest impact. 
  • are energetic with a strong bias for action and a team player who reaches out to co-workers to leverage their expertise and fuel your campaigns and measures. 
  • have a degree in digital marketing or similar as well as excellent written and oral communication skills in English (additionally German is a plus)
